Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To start a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a blanket for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized blankets are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your blanket arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
